About the project
Jotek produced the livestream for the DG's Banquet at the 101 District Conference, held in a large marquee with a full stage, LED screens and concert lighting.
Our control desk ran a multi-camera production with a vision mixer and preview and programme monitoring, and streamed the event to YouTube so guests online could follow the speeches and performances as they happened.
What Jotek delivered
- Multi-camera coverageCameras covered the stage, the speakers and the guests, so the stream could follow the whole programme.
- Vision mixingA vision mixer with preview and programme monitors let our director cut between cameras live.
- Streaming to YouTubeThe programme was streamed to YouTube for guests following online.
- Working with the stage crewWe coordinated with the sound, lighting and LED screen teams so the stream matched what happened on stage.
