This notice explains how Jotek uses the information you send through the forms on this website.
When you send a quote request, consultation booking, event brief, support request or message, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, organisation and the information about your request. Our website also records the date and time of the submission.
We use these details only to respond to your request, prepare quotes, deliver the services you ask for and keep records of our communication. We do not sell your information. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
If you become a client, your projects, documents and messages are kept in the Jotek Client Portal, where only you, the colleagues you invite and authorised Jotek staff can see them.
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@jotek.tech. Some financial records must be kept for legal reasons.
